Sunil has been instrumental in developing and driving the Firm’s vision that is focused on enabling business by providing solutions as trusted advisors, through excellence, responsiveness, innovation and collaboration. He spends his time on guiding the Firm’s strategy and Partners in building strong relationships with clients and each other internally across the Firm. Sunil’s three decades of experience spans across a wide spectrum, including expertise in Civil, Litigation related to Bank's, Criminal and White Collar Criminal Litigation Matters which has helped in building a pole position for the Firm in many of these practice areas.

Over the years, his passion for a just world blended with a keen sense of fairness and empathy has helped cam firmly establish itself as a trusted confidant to its clients.

Hemant has experience in advising real estate funds, multi-national companies, lenders, borrowers, retailers, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers and operators in a broad range of business arena.
His practice areas include advising on all aspects of investments into real estate projects, Litigation related to Bank's, creation of security, sale and purchase of real estate properties, including commercial leasing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation of the transaction, drafting and negotiating agreements relating to sale, mortgage, loans, license, construction, services, agency & franchise, litigation and arbitration related to real properties, among many others.

Gaurav is a Partner in the Criminal and Commercial Practice Group in the Mumbai office. Gaurav specialises in criminal and commercial law, and has worked on several transactions, including white collar criminal cases, strategic investments, private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchise arrangements and general corporate law advisory.
